Twelve Life Goals For 2017

6th January 2017 by Candace 11 Comments

When I turn 40 I wrote 50 by 50 goal list I’d like to achieve before I turn 50. Over the past 3 1/3 years personal circumstances have meant that some of these goals really aren’t appropriate now.

This year I intend to update the goal list and work on the following goals:

1  Knit A Pair Of Socks

2 Rewrite Will

This really is something I need to get on top of and quickly.  Hoping to have started the process by the end of this month.

3  Complete Three Crochet Projects

I have way to many crochet projects and have to start some serious finishing off!

4  Complete the upstairs renovations on my house

This year I will have the bedrooms finished.  I have started all of them and am hioping to get them completed within the next 4 months.

5  Set Up New Business

Plans are being made!

6 Achieve Goals for Toy Business

This little goal is going to be linked to the one above. It’s a big change but one that is very much needed.

 7  Afternoon Tea

I love afternoon tea and this year I would love to go for afternoon tea at 12 different places. A monthly little treat, be in with friends, family or just to sit back and relax all on my own.  Think I’m going to enjoy this goal the most!

8 make an item of clothing

Not sure yet what I am going to do but it’s something I want to do this year.

9  Renovate two items of furniture

Ive got plans!  I started last year and really want to complete the item this year plus completely up cycle a different item.

10  Loose one stone

Being optimistic but needs must.

11  Develop Blog

This is linking in to my blogging goals that I wrote about here.

12  Take a class

Not sure what type of class yet but I want to learn something new.
Have you any goals for the coming year?

Great goals. Some sound like hard work, but it will be worth it! I’m looking to shift 1.5 stone this year and I’m booking some piano lessons.
