I love instagram. I love uploading photos to the app as a way of memory keeping. I also like the IG community. I’ve met some lovely people on Instagram and I love to see their photographs and see what is going on in their lives. At the end of each month I like to see which photos have been the most popular. during March it was these:
Snow And Ice
March really was a cold, snowy and Icy month wasn’t it? I am really not a cold weather person and I especially don’t like icy snowy weather and we certainly had our fair share of snow and ice last month. These very impressive icicles were outside my kitchen window. The snow was starting to melt and was over flowing the gutter resulting in these rather impressive icicles.
I am a huge tea drinker. I really do drink ‘buckets’ of it every day. I much prefer loose leaf tea made in a tea pot and I love my little collection of tea pots. this gorgeous flamingo teapot was a birthday present and I absolutely love it!
Afternoon Tea For International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day is an annual event held to celebrate women’s achievements throughout history. It is also known as the United Nations (UN) Day for Women’s Rights and International Peace. this year I was invite to malmaison in Birmingham for afternoon tea to celebrate. Such a fun afternoon surrounding by some amazing women.
Birthday Trip To York
For my birthday I was whisked away to York for a few days consisting on seeing the sites of York, afternoon tea (as if afternoon tea wouldn’t be part of my birthday celebrations), relaxing tea breaks and some tasty food.
Cups Of Tea
As I said earlier, tea is such a huge part of my life and I love to drink from mugs as well as cups and saucers. this lovely cup and saucer is from Cath Kidston as are many of my mugs and cups and saucers.
What made your March special?
