7 Quotes To Inspire And Motivate You

17th March 2022 by Candace Leave a Comment

I honestly believe at many points in our lives we all need some extra motivation and inspiration in our lives to encourage us to continue living the best life we can. At times I gain inspiration from motivational quotes and memes. Here are a few motivational quotes I find useful when I am struggling to see where my priorities should lie:

Big Thinking Precedes Great Achievement;

When it comes to success it is all about planning how you reach your goals. Simply put, having a goal in mind does not achieve success. A goal without a plan is just a wish and daydreams alone seldom produce results. Failing to make a plan and to then review this plan on a regular basis then making any adjustments that are required with hinder your progress to achieve your goals.

The achievement of your goal is assured the moment you commit yourself to it;

Things don’t just fall in to peoples laps but the minute you make the decision to take up the challenge to reach your goals the possibility of achieving the goal has begun. I find writing my goals down is the first step to success.

Will it be easy? Hell no! Worth it?

Absolutely, without a doubt! Nothing in life will ever be easy. Things will never just fall in to our laps. The key to success is hard work and when you achieve your dreams all the hard work will have all been worthwhile.

Goals in writing are dreams with deadlines;

There is often way too much whizzing around inside my head but I find writing down things and then planning what I need to do to be very beneficial to me actually achieving my goals. I guess I will always be a list maker and using actual pen and paper suits me far better than electronic lists. I love note books and pens and if I’m honest I own far too many. Writing down plans and dreams has always been more successful for me as it enables me to work out a structure plan and also allows me to brain dump. If I don’t brain dump I never seem to move forward towards my goals.

Have goals so big, you feel uncomfortable telling them to small minded people;

In life, you will always encounter those you think you aren’t capable of doing things and achieving your goals. Don’t ever let their negative attitudes win. Always aim high and prove them wrong!

Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you’ll land among the stars;

Life is short and you just have got to go for your dreams. Just as long as you are aiming for something, even if you don’t achieve it, you’ll still be somewhere better than where you started.

The past cannot be changed. The future is in your power;

the past really is the past. What has happened needs to stay in the past. no matter how hard you try, you just can’t change the fact it has happened. However, you can learn from what you went through.

If you are looking for some more motivation I have a free 28 day motivation and self-love challenge where each day for 28 days you will be emailed a quote to motivate and inspire you plus a daily self love activity for you to complete.
