Since I left the employee rat race and became self employed in 2013 I have been ‘lucky’ not to have to wear suits and smart office attire for work I love that I am free to dress casual which I find helps me be more productive as I don’t feel restricted by having to wear a suit like I did in my previous job. Although I can dress casual I’m not really one of these people who sits at home and works in my PJs. For me personally that is taking things a little to far the other way. I also find that working from home, sat rather still most of the day means I feel the cold a little more than if I was active. The last thing I want to do is increase my energy costs by heating the house for just me. What works for me is layers and to be able to move around and not have my clothing restricting what I can do.
The lovely people at Cosy Cashmere approached with this month regarding a review and asked me to pick an item from their collection. I have to say that it was quite difficult choosing and I liked quite a few items. In the end I pick their cashmere poncho in pacific blue.
The poncho arrived in a large brown postage box and when I opened it I was surprised to find a lovely sturdy shiny white box inside containing my knitwear.
Upon opening my poncho was wrapped in tissue paper. I find it’s the little things like this that add to feeling the you have made a special purchase. I can honestly say I was not disappointed one little bit when I opened unwrapped the pooch. Soft and snuggly is an absolute understatement!
I just love the colour too. One thing I should point out is the poncho is slightly more green that it looks on the Cosy Cashmere website but having said that I am not disappointed at all.
It is so clear that Cosy Cashmere have gone to great lengths to provide their customers with not only a quality garment but also a quality buying experience too.
The front of the poncho is a lovely cable knit and the reverse is a plain knit. I can not recommend this knitwear more. It really has exceeded my expectations.
