The original recipe doesn’t contain a single sultana, only dried apricots , and the dressing includes a balanced mix of spices and creamy mayonnaise.

What Wine Goes With Coronation Chicken?
Pinot Noir is a light to medium-bodied red wine that can be an excellent choice for pairing with coronation chicken. This wine has a refreshing acidity that can cut through the rich flavours of the dish, while its subtle earthy notes can complement the chicken’s savoury flavour.
