I suppose this is a similar to post to what things would you take to a desert island but for me these are the things that I know life would change for me if I didn’t have these items in my life. This really is a blatant materialistic post. I think it does no harm no and them to look at the materialistic things we like to surround ourselves with. I believe it only becomes a problem when all we like around us is materiaslic things and we are in a situation where others are getting harmed by us have these items.
This are my 5 things I can’t live without:
I absolutely adore my phone. I know that is a very materialistic thing to say but it is a big part of my life. I upgraded last year to an iPhone 6s Plus and I love how it does literally anything I want it to do. The only issue I have is I find the battery very unpredictable in keeping its charge. Technology has changed so much where phone are concerned but I honestly feel the battery technology has a long way to go to catch up with being able to enable us to do everything our phone technology allows. Do you find issues with keeping your phone charged tough out the day?
2 Nice China Mug
I’m sorry but I just have to drink my tea out of a lovely china mug. My go to style in a stanley mug from Cath Kinston. You could say I have quite a collection!
I absolutely adore tea and if I was able to I’d drink it none stop. It really is my favourite drink and I prefer a nice English Breakfast tea than urges on the side of builders!
Sadly there are a number of medications that I have to take on a daily basis to keep myself alive. I am eternally grateful that I live in a country where our health service is free at the point of use. This is something we should all be grateful for.
I just adore notebooks and pretty pens and pencils. I am a firm believer that you can never have enough notebooks and although I love using technology I still prefer to make plans with a notebook and pen. There really is something about turning the age over in a notebook and write list after list that I can then tick off as I have achieved all I wanted to do.
What are some of your favourite materialistic things?
